The Dillon County Sheriff’s Office reminds the public to turn around at barricades placed due to Hurricane Matthew.
“Do not go around or move barricades,” said Captain Cliff Arnette of the Dillon County Sheriff’s Office. “They are placed at that location for a reason.”
