Mr. John Lester “Johnny” Hunt, age 65, died Thursday, March 9, 2017 in the Carolinas Hospital System, Florence, SC.  Born June 14, 1951 in Dillon County, he was the son of the late Jack and Albert Lane Hunt.
He is survived by his daughter, Jessica Hunt of Dillon; son, Andrew Hunt of Maine; two sisters, Doris Powers of Mullins, Betty Williamson of Dillon; two brothers, James Hunt of Pomaira, SC, Roy Hunt of Mullins; and two granddaughters: Emma Grace Huggins and Aubry Hunt.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a sister, Catherine Elliott.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
