William “Billy” David McDonald, 81, died Monday, February 15, 2019, at his home.
Graveside memorial services will be held Saturday, March 2, 2019, at 11:00 a.m. in Greenlawn Cemetery with Rev. Donald Foreman officiating. Kannaday Funeral Home in Dillon, SC is assisting the family.
Billy was born in Dillon County, SC, January 25, 1938, the son of the late David Wells and Mary Margaret Helen McCarthy McDonald. He served in the United States Air Force and retired as a truck driver. Mr. McDonald attended Pleasant Grove Baptist Church.
He is survived by his sister, Barbara Collins of Florence, SC; brother, James McDonald of Florence, SC; and several nieces and nephews.
