Funeral Services for Adriana Cruz Betancourt Galarza will be held 6:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 20, 2020 at Cooper Funeral Home. Visitation will be held from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m. prior to the service. The service will be live streamed on Cooper Funeral Home’s Facebook page. Burial will be held in Silver Hills Cemetery in Frostproof, Florida.
Adriana, 9, went to her heavenly home on Saturday, May 16, 2020 at McLeod Medical Center in Dillon.
Born in Sebring, Florida, May 10, 2011, she was the daughter of Cecilia Maria Galarza and Ricardo Betancourt. Adriana attended Lake View Elementary School.
Survivors include her mother and father, sisters, Liliana Betancourt, Noelia Betancourt, and Marissa Betancourt; maternal grandparents, Lisa Galarza (nana) and Alfredo Galarza (paabuelo); paternal grandparents, Bernaldina Paniaqua (abuela) and Fidel Betancourt (abuelo); Aunts (tias) and uncles (tios), along with several other loving family members of both the Betancourt and Galarza family.
Adriana was preceded in death by her great grandmother, Rachel Grissom.
