The Dillon Wildcats soccer team participated in the Airport Select Invitational on Friday, February 8, and Saturday, February 9.

On Friday, the Wildcats took on Hammond School and lost 3-7 in the first round of the tournament.

On Saturday, the Wildcats started the day with a 5-3 win over Camden High School, but ended with a 0-3 loss to Pinewood Preparatory School.

The Wildcats are currently 9-6 overall, with a 7-5 record in regular season play and a 4-1 record in Region 8-2A.

The Wildcats were originally scheduled to play Mullins in a make-up game on Thursday, but an updated online schedule shows the game has been moved to April 21st.

Next up, the Wildcats will host Aynor High School tonight at 6:00 p.m. before traveling to face Waccamaw on Thursday, April 14. Aynor is 0-5 in the region, while Waccamaw is the region leader with an undefeated 8-0 record.
