Superintendent Ray Rogers has confirmed to The Dillon Herald that Ty’Sheoma Bethea, the JVM student who wrote President Barack Obama about the condition of her school, will be in attendance at Monday’s groundbreaking for the new school. The groundbreaking will be held at 10:30 a.m. behind the Dillon High School campus located at 1730 Hwy 301 North, Dillon.
