The Dillon City Council passed the second and final reading to amend the zoning to allow for a free medical clinic to be located on property owned by Dillon First Baptist Church. Councilman John Braddy said he wanted to make sure that it was understood that if the clinic caused any problem in the area that the matter could be revisited by council. The vote was unanimous by those present. Councilman Johnny Eller and Councilman Douglas Jackson were absent from the meeting.
