Mary Elizabeth Singleton, 83, died Wednesday, February 6, 2012, at McLeod Medical Center-Dillon.
Funeral services were held 11:00 A.M. Saturday in Second Baptist Church with burial in Greenlawn Cemetery directed by Cooper Funeral Home.  Visitation was 6-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Born in Dillon County, November 11, 1929, she was the daughter of the late Joseph Caulder and Julia Caulder.  She was a member of Second Baptist Church, and was a homemaker.
Survivors include her husband, Ernest R. Singleton of Dillon; sons, Jerel (Brooksie) Singleton of Dillon and Tommy (Robbie) Singleton of North Myrtle Beach; grandchildren, Michelle Singleton Palmer and Ashley Singleton Hardee; 3 great-grandchildren, Sasha Teague, Piper Palmer, and Ayden Hardee.
Mrs. Singleton was preceded in death by her 4 brothers; and 1 sister.
