Dorothea Louise Govoni, 84, died Thursday, August 28, 2014, at her residence.
Memorial services will be held 3:00 p.m. Sunday at East Dillon Baptist Church.
Born in Plymouth, Massachusetts, May 13, 1930, she was the daughter of the late George and Laura Sewall.  She was a member of East Dillon Baptist Church.
Survivors include her children, Laurel (Eric) Burgess of Alabama, Brian (Nancy) Govoni of Hamer, Sylvia (Ronnie) Venturi of Alabama, and Judith (James) McPhee of California; sister, Gloria Cook of Carver, Massachusetts; 6 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
Ms. Govoni was preceded in death by her brother, George Sewall.
