Violet Sheppard Campbell, 81, died Sunday, February 1, 2015 at McLeod Regional Medical Center in Florence.
Visitation will be held 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at Nikki Snipes home, 2633 Oakland Rd., Hamer.  Cooper Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Born in Scotland County, NC, March 17, 1933, she was the daughter of the late Dalton Sheppard and Mary Stanley Sheppard.  She was the widow of Everette Campbell.
Survivors include her children, Wheeler Albert Rowell, Jr., Patsy Rowell Smith, Joyce Rowell Christmas (Ronnie), Michael Rowell (Teleaha), Ann Rowell Huggins (Russ), Calvin Rowell (Lynn), and Michelle Rowell Berry (Randy); 17 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; brothers, Dalton Sheppard, Jr. and Bobby Sheppard; sister, Kathryn McFadden.
