Mrs. Robyn McLean Rogers of Lake View SC, age 45, met Jesus June 9, 2015 surrounded by her loving family.
Robin was a vibrant, spirited woman who greatly advocated her love for her Lord through her beautiful voice. At age 43, she was diagnosed with breast cancer, which she fought like a warrior until the end.  She stayed strong and maintained a positive attitude during her journey and inspired many. Robyn was a devoted wife and mother, wonderful daughter and sister.
Mrs. Rogers is survived by her husband, Nelson Rogers; her children, Jessica Rogers (Josh) Kasson of Florence and Jared Rogers of Lake View; her parents, Knox and Elaine McLean of Lake View; sisters, Christie McLean (Alan) Strickland of Lake View and Jackie (Julie) McLean of Florence; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Carl Knox McLean.
A funeral service was Saturday, June 13, 2015 at 4:00 pm at Cherry Grove Baptist Church in Cerro Gordo NC, with burial following at Lake View Perpetual Cemetery.  The family received friends Friday, June 12, 2015 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at Cooke Funeral Home of Lake View.
