Randy Goings was the first person to file so far for the Dillon County Council District One special primary.
Memorial services for William Clyde Lundy will be held 2:00 p.m. Friday at Cooper Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Bethesda Southern Methodist Church Cemetery, Oak Grove. Visitation will be held 6-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
