Dillon’s Wildcat boys took sixth place in the Robeson County Shootout basketball tournament last week, defeating South Robeson but taking losses to Lumberton and Purnell Swett.
Dillon’s Lady Wildcats took their first loss of the seasons on the way to a fifth place finish in the Robeson County Shootout last week.
Services for Ruby Hesteen Jackson were held 2:00 p.m. Saturday in the Hamer Church of God with burial in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation was held 6-8 p.m. Friday in Cooper Funeral Home.
