Admin 2The U.S. Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration has issued a revised hazard alert to hair salon owners and workers about potential formaldehyde exposure from working with certain hair smoothing and straightening products.
After you see your doctor, usually he/she will hand you some paper work one of which is typically a yellow sheet with a description of the details of the patient’s visit.

Admin 2Our eight week PTI (Pre Trial Intervention) meeting was held on Monday, September 12, 2011, 7:00 p.m. at the Riverdale Community Center. The purpose of this meeting is to sponsor a program by the Solicitor’s office called PTI, which consists of “First Time Offenders” who have been charged with non-violent crimes.
This column began when I heard a minister use it in his sermon. I suppose there are many answers to this question depending on your point of view, but his answer stuck with me.
