Last week we wrapped up our 3rd Annual 4-H Scarecrow Decorating Contest. We had ten businesses and schools participate in the contest this year. Each year we enjoy seeing the creative talent in our county.
THE DILLON GARDEN CLUB met at the home of Carolyn Lupo on September 20th for the installation of the 2022-2024 officers.
The Dillon County 4-H Shooting Sports Club sent seven members to compete in the State Trap qualifying event which was held at several locations around the state on October 8, 2022.
The Manning Baptist Food Ministry, an outreach mission’s project of Manning Baptist Church, Dillon, distributes food boxes on the third Tuesday of each month, 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
The Carolinas Art Guild and the Humane Society of Dillon County hosted Paws for the Arts, a joint art exhibit and sale for the Carolinas Art Guild and a fundraiser for the Humane Society.
