The jury in the trial of Karan “Duke” Charles said they were hopelessly deadlocked on Thursday afternoon.
Early Thursday afternoon, the jury is still deliberating in the murder trial of Karan “Duke” Charles, who is charged in the July 2008 death of Edward Davis.
The Dillon County Democratic Party heard a protest this morning from Penny German, a candidate in the probate judge’s race.
The City of Dillon will hold a public hearing and final reading of its budget on Thursday, July 1st at 7 p.m.
