On December 27, 2017 Deputy D. Cox conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in Dillon County near Highway 301 North. Andrew Hailey of Dillon, S.C., was the driver and was arrested on outstanding drug warrants by the Dillon County Sheriff’s Office.
