Nursing Home Operator Pleads Guilty
Attorney General Alan Wilson announced Richard C. Cooke, age 53 of Lake View pled guilty in Richland County General Sessions Court on July 17, 2013 to six (6) indictments arising from his fraudulent activity in the operation of six (6) nursing homes.

The Disease Of Misinformation
At the Dillon City Council meeting on Monday night, Councilman Phil Wallace made the remark that there was a lack of education as to where the money comes from and where the money goes in regards to city expenditures. He called it a “horrible disease in this town.”
