All three of our local softball team – Dillon, Latta, and Lake View – went undefeated in the first two rounds of the SCHSL state softball playoffs to advance to host the district championships on Wednesday night.

Both Dillon and Latta teams and the Lady Wild Gators earned wins on Saturday to advance to district title games, but the Lake View boys fell 6-3 to Bamberg-Ehrhardt and now face elimination.

Dixie Divas Win USSSA Spring Fury

Dixie Divas Softball based out of Latta, SC, won the 2015 USSSA Freedom Spring Fury 10 & Under Championship at Freedom Florence, SC, on Sunday, April 26. They went undefeated in the tournament.
