More charges have been added in a robbery and shooting at Porky’s Truckers’ Store on July 30th, according to Captain Cliff Arnette of the Dillon County Sheriff’s Office. In addition to attempted murder and armed robbery, Dakota Taylor, age 21, Dillon, and Jeffrey A. Taylor, age 19, Hamer, are also charged with possession of a dangerous weapon during a violent crime, criminal conspiracy, and grand larceny, Arnette said. In addition to obstruction of justice, Shameka Evans is charged with accessory after the fact.
The incident occurred around 9 p.m. on Saturday (July 30th) night when the store was robbed and the clerk was shot.
