Dillon’s Lady Wildcats added two more wins this week as they swept both Marion and Marlboro County 3-0.

The Lady Wildcats traveled to Marlboro on Monday, October 10, and swept them 3-0 with scores of 25-10, 25-12, and 25-12.

Zipporah Lighty led the Wildcats with 14 kills, two digs, and a block. Rebecca Callahan made 23 assists, five digs, two kills, and an ace, and Lillie Celmer added four kills, three aces, one assist, and one dig. Shayna Covington made eight digs, one ace and one kill.

Darby Hamer made five digs and one kill in the win; Brandie Buckner and Hannah McMillan each made two digs; Breana Park made two kills, one ace, one assist, and one dig; Taylor Price made three digs; Pam Robinson made four digs and two kills; Dallas Rowell made four digs, two kills, and one assist; and Dezirae Wright made one kill and one dig.

On Tuesday, Dillon was again on the road to Marion where they swept the Swamp Foxes 3-0 with scores of 25-7, 25-11, and 25-15.

Lighty made 17 kills two blocks, and one dig; Celmer added six kills, three aces, two digs, and one block; and Callahan made 16 aces, four digs, one ace and one kill to led the Lady Wildcats in the win.

Hamer made three digs and one kill; Park made two kills, two digs, and one ace; Covington made five digs; Rowell made two kills and one dig; Price made four digs; Robinson made two digs and one ace; and Buckner and McMillan each added one dig.
Dillon’s record improves to 12-2 overall and 6-1 in the region.
