Mrs. Isabelle H. Carter, 96, formerly of Dillon died Friday, December 7, 2012 in Shallotte, N.C.
Born in Dillon County, S.C., December 13, 1915, she was the widow of the late Ezra Carter and the daughter of the late Van and Lula Hamilton. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Dillon. 
Survivors include her son-in-law, Tommy Morris of Dillon; grandchildren, Joy (Ray) Smith, Celeste Gough, Keith (Robin) Morris of Dillon; Ken Carter Jr. of Shallotte, N.C., Keith Carter of FL. Nine great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren. 
Mrs. Carter was predeceased by her daughter, Patricia C. Morris and her son, Kenneth E. Carter. 
The family request memorials be made to a charity of one’s choice.
