Neal Baxley of Marion and Danny L. Coleman of Dillon were elected to the Local Board at the Southern States Annual Membership Meeting of the Latta/Little Rock Plant held at Shuler’s Barbeque in Latta on January 28. Attending the meeting were more than 18 stockholders and their families, along with chemical and seed representatives and employees.
Reviewing local operations and services to farmer-members in the community were Bob Davis, General Manager and Hermon Weatherford, Operations Manager of Southern States.
