Charles Randall Lewis, 59, died Wednesday, March 19, 2014 at McLeod Medical Center in Dillon.  
Services were held 4:00 p.m. Friday at Cooper Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Evergreen Cemetery.  Visitation was held 3-4 p.m. prior to the service.
Born in Dillon County, SC, July 21, 1954, he was the son of Shirley Coward Lewis and the late Charles Lewis.  
Survivors include his wife, Lisa Lewis of Dillon; mother, Shirley Lewis of Dillon; sons, Charles Randall Lewis, Jr. (Amy), and Kenneth John Lewis (Jennifer), both of Summerville; 5 grandchildren; brother, Kenneth Lewis (Kay) of Dillon; several nieces and nephews.
