Hugh Hardaway, born in Dillon, SC on New Year’s Day, 1929, passed away quietly Friday, April 4, 2014.
Hugh was predeceased by Anne, his loving wife for over 55 years, and is survived by his younger brothers Bentley Hardaway of Dillon, SC, and Robert Hardaway of Charlotte, NC; daughter Patty Sutton of Wilmington, NC, and son Mac Hardaway of Rancho Santa Margarita, CA; grandchildren Ryan Sutton, Caroline Sutton, Wes Hardaway, and Lindsay Hardaway.
Services were held at 2:00 PM, Monday, April 7, 2014, at First Presbyterian Church in Wilmington. In lieu of flowers, donations are requested to Hospice of the Lower Cape Fear or charity of your choice.
