Mr. John Robert “Johnny” Caulder, 65, died Tuesday, August 26, 2014 at home surrounded by his loving family. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, August 29, 2014 at Dillon Second Baptist Church, burial will follow at Greenlawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends Thursday, August 28, from 6:00-8:00 pm at Richardson Funeral Home in Marion.
Mr. Caulder was born in Dillon, a son of the late Tracy  McKinley Caulder and Margaret Owens Caulder. He is also predeceased by a grandson, Caleb Lee and a sister, Chris Duncan.  Mr. Caulder was a retired State Trooper with the South Carolina Highway Patrol. He was a member of Dillon Second Baptist Church and Clinton Masonic Lodge #60.
  Surviving are his wife, Janet Hayes Caulder of the home; son, John R. “Robbie” Caulder II (Crystal) of Galivants Ferry, SC; daughter, Charity C. Winningham (Paul) of Pomaria, SC; brothers, Fred L. Caulder (Beverly) of Longwood, FL, Harold G. Caulder (Laura) of Dillon, SC, Garland Caulder of Dillon, SC, Jerry Caulder of Newport News, VA, and Teddy R. Caulder (Frances) of Charleston, SC; sisters, Mildred Hayes (Robert) of Lake View, SC, Faye Jackson (Bryan) of Mullins, SC, and Sandra Brumbles (Kenny) of Dillon, SC;  grandchildren, Paige Caulder, J.R. Caulder III, Allyson Noto, Ethan, Leah, Emma, and Ayla Grace Winningham; and one great-grandchild, Paisleigh Bell.
