Services for JoAnn Stroud David will be held 1:00 p.m. Wednesday at Cooper Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Magnolia Cemetery.  Visitation will be held 7-9 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Mrs. David, 68, died Sunday, September 14, 2014 at McLeod Regional Medical Center in Florence.  
Born in Kinston, NC, September 19, 1945, she was the daughter of the late Johnny Green Stroud and Lula Bell Barwick Stroud.  She was a member of Shiloh Chapel Church in Oak Grove, and was the widow of Billy Ray David.
Survivors include her daughter, Michelle (Casey) Locklear of Latta; son, Donald (Shannon) Stroud of Latta; step-son, Billy Ray David, Jr. of Louisiana; grandchildren, R.J. (Jennifer) Lane of Oak Grove, D.J. Stroud and Rainie Stroud, of Latta, and Dustin David of Raleigh, NC; great-grandchildren, Kaydee, Jamie, Lily, and Dustin, Jr.; honorary daughter, Cindy (Joe) Jones of Darlington;  honorary grandchildren, Matt, Josh, Eldon, Brandon, and Megan; brother, Claude Edward (Peggy) Stroud of Kinston, NC; sister, Mary Estelle (Dewey) Howard of Kinston, NC; numerous nieces and nephews; and beloved pet, Mac.
