Rosa Lee Bell Norman, 96, went to be with Jesus May 16, 2015.
Graveside Funeral Services were held Monday, May 18, 2015 at 5:00 p.m. in Greenlawn Cemetery in Dillon. Kannaday Funeral Home in Dillon is assisting the family.
Mrs. Norman was born August 23, 1918 in Marion County the daughter of the late Sam and Verna Bell.
She was raised by her loving mother and step-father Ira Parker. She was the widow of Carlyle James Norman. Although she had moved from Dillon for many years she still considered Dillon Church of God her home Church. One of her fondest memories was playing a Mandolin in a band at the Church in her youth. She retired from Celanese Corporation in Greenville, SC.
Rosa is survived by her son, Jerry Foster Norman of Orlando, FL; daughters Debra J. Liner (James) of Boiling Springs, SC and Clarinda Floyd of Raleigh, NC; seven grandchildren; and two great grandchildren. She was predeceased by a brother, Woodrow and a sister, Sadie Rae.
