Services for Betty Grace Jackson will be held 3:00 p.m. Thursday at New Life Family Worship Center with burial in Bethesda Southern Methodist Church Cemetery.  Visitation was held 7-9 p.m. Wednesday at Cooper Funeral Home.
Mrs. Jackson, 78, died Tuesday, November 17, 2015 at McLeod Medical Center in Dillon.
Born in Marion County, SC, June 15, 1937, she was the daughter of the late Liston Hatchell and Maybelle Williams Hatchell.  She was a member of New Life Family Worship Center, and was the widow of John L. “Jake” Jackson.
Survivors include her sons, Jack Lee (Gail) Jackson  of Darlington, Ronnie (Carolyn) Jackson, Mary (Richard) Woodell, Tony (Kathy) Jackson, Kimberly (Wayne) Woodell, and Bill (Genny) Coward, all of Latta; 8 grandchildren, including her grandson, Christopher Ray Nolan.; 12 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great-grandchildren; sisters, Mabel Lee Hatchell, Dot Hatchell, and Barbara Chipman, all of Latta; brother, Gerald Hatchell of NC.
Mrs. Jackson was preceded in death by her daughter, Debra Jackson; sister, Helen Lane, of Cheraw; and her brothers, Johnny, Larry, and Charles Hatchell, all of Latta.
