Services for Thelma McGahee will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday at the Dillon Church of God with burial in Greenlawn Cemetery. Visitation will be held 7-9 p.m. Friday at Cooper Funeral Home.
Ms. McGahee, 87, died Wednesday, August 17, 2016 at her residence.
Born in Marlboro County, SC June 13, 1929, she was the daughter of the late George W. Turner and Mary Ailene Sports Turner. She was a member of the Dillon Church of God.
Survivors include her daughter, Pat (Wayne) Daniels of Hamer; sister, Dorothy Stroud of Mullins; brothers, Tom (Katherine) Turner, and William (Kay) Turner, both of Dillon; grandchildren, Jennifer (Carey) Shelley, and April (John) Moore; great-grandchildren, Kaley, Luke, and Khloe; special friend, Ilene Cox of Dillon.
