Betty L. Watts, 68, died Wednesday, October 19, 2016, at her son’s residence in Liberty, SC.
Funeral services were held 3:00 p.m. Sunday at Cooper Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Riverside Cemetery.  Visitation was 7-9 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
Born in Dillon County, SC, February 16, 1948, she was the daughter of the late Coley Norton and Lester Goodyear Norton.  She was the widow of the late Charles “Fuzzy” Ellis Watts, Sr.
Survivors include her sons, Charles(Gina) Watts, Jr. of Dillon, Carl (Angie) Watts of Liberty, SC, and Terry Norton of North Carolina; grandchildren, Charles Watts, III, James Douglas Watts, Brandon Lee Watts, Alyssa Taylor Watts, Ashley Marie Watts, and Ella Grace Watts; great-grandchild, Michaela Danielle King; sisters, Margaret Jackson of Latta, Teresa Norton of Santee, Carolyn Norton Miles of Florence, and Diane Norton of Sumter; brothers, Joe Norton, J.D. Norton, and Danny Norton all of Sumter.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Mousey Norton; and brothers, B.L. & Jimmy Norton.
