Services for Wilbert Loyd Turner were held 3:00 p.m. Saturday at Cooper Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Piney Grove Church Cemetery.  Visitation was held 7-9 p.m. Friday at Cooper Funeral Home.
Mr. Turner, 56, died Wednesday, January 11, 2017 at McLeod Medical Center in Dillon.
Born in Marion County, SC, May 27, 1960, he was the son of the late Annie Hazel Scott Simmons.
Survivors include his brother, Johnny Turner of Columbia; sister, Mary Simmons of Dillon; niece, Jill Simmons of Dillon; great-nieces, Abbey & Hannah; nephew-in-law, Josh Simmons; special friend, Edna Miller of Sellers, SC.
