
The Palmetto State School Counselor Association PSSCA Annual Conference was held January 24 – 26, 2019 in Myrtle Beach, SC. The theme was “Lighting the Way to Student Success.”
The keynote speaker was Dan St. Romain. Mr. St. Romain is a national educational consultant who provides staff development and consultative services to educators K-12.
He regularly presents on topics impacting school climes, brain-based instruction, developmentally-appropriate educational practices, and presentation skills. Mr St. Romain presented “Mixed Message: Then Changing Face of Discipline.” Counselors from Dillon School District Four that attended the conference are pictured (l to r): Mrs. Rebekah G.
