St. Andrews University has released the Dean’s List for Spring 2023. To qualify for the Dean’s List, a student must 1) maintain a grade point average (GPA) of 3.5 (out of 4.0), 2) take at least 12 semester hours, 3) not have received an I (Incomplete) in any course in the semester, and 4) have earned a C or higher in every course. Among the students included was Luke Rogers of Dillon.
