Heading into Friday’s game, both Latta’s Lady Vikings and Lake View’s Lady Gators were undefeated in Region 8-A. But with a 6-0 win over the Vikings, Lake View’s Wild Gators now sit at the top of the Region 8-A standings and is ranked as the top Class A softball team in the state.
