At their December meeting, the Dillon County Council honored the Dillon Christian School Warriors football team for winning the state championship.
Dillon County Councilmen Randy Goings and Bobby Moody were recognized for their service at the December meeting of the Dillon County Council.
The Dillon City Council passed the second and final reading of an ordinance prohibiting unlawful loitering at Lockemy Courtyard.
The Dillon County Council passed the first reading of an ordinance “authorizing the issuance and sale of not exceeding $3,200,000 general obligation bonds, series 2017, of Dillon County, South Carolina; fixing the form and details of the bonds; providing for payment of the bonds; authorizing the chairman of County Council and county administrator to determine certain matters relating to the bonds; providing for the payment of the bonds; the disposition of the proceeds of the bonds; and other matters relating thereto.”
